The 2015 class council has been working with Dining Services to come up with a compromise to keep Blue Java Butler Cafe available to students studying in the library late at night. At the last Dining Advisory meeting, Dining agreed to allow students to choose to extend Blue Java Butler Cafe hours until 2 am on Monday through Thursday in exchange for closing Cafe 212 at 8 pm. Currently, Butler Cafe is only open until 1 am and Cafe 212 stays open until 10 pm. Note that this will not affect hours for Cafe East. Don’t make the change – Keep Cafe 212 open until 10 pm.
… the poll seems to be showing that a huge majority want Butler open later. And yes, I know tons of people who are in Butler A LOT later than in Lerner. Good work, 2015.
